The top and the bowl are fully manufactured in 18/10 stainless steel.

All models are equipped with drainage in the lower neutral cabinet.

Supplied with tank filters and collecting containers.

Gas models equipped with stainless steel horizontal flame burners with piezoelectric ignited pilot burner.

The gas is distributed by a safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple; all models have safety thermostats.

Bowl dimensions: 33x28x32 cm heigh. Bowl capacity: 13 lt.

Supplied with 1 basket 1/1 with thermoplastic handle and with 1 bowl lid FRG for every bowl.

Electric models equipped with reinforced heating elements tilting for ease of cleaning

and temperature controlled by an adjustable thermostat from 100 to 190 °C .

All models have on-off switches, safety thermostats and pilot lights indicating power on.
