Conical mill

Conical mill is simple structure, excellent working capable, reliable working, high efficiency. It is popular used for construction, metallurgy, mining, electricity, chemical etc industry. It is used for cement, cement clinker, iron ore, slag, limestone, dolomite, feldspar, quartz, ophiolite, barite, fluorite, shale gypsum etc. It takes huge profit for clients.

Working principle

The drive is on top of machine. Motor is run by gear box, to drive the main shaft. There are 3 or 4 rollers on main shaft. They are installed in conical inside liner, and run in revolution and rotation. The material is feed from top. With its own weight and thrust, it becomes into material deck. Grinding by roller again and again, it becomes into powder. The production is released from bottom. Through bucket elevator, it takes into powder separator. After separating, the fine powder is production. The coarse powder goes back into mill to regrind. In this case, the lifetime for ring and liner is much longer, bcos they do not touch each other. Its gap can be adjusted.

Conical mill adopts medium speed with medium pressure, continuous grinding. The material is feed from top and release from bottom. Grinding and separator is two step. Grinding liner, main mill shaft, spring , thickness of material deck can all be adjusted. Along with powder separator, it is very easy to adjust the producdtion size, and make the machine work well.
