Our winding permanent magnetic adjustable speed drive solves the "temperature rise" problem of turbulence magnetic coupling governor, transfers turbulence power to electric power feedback to power supply, and needn't water cooling and gap. It is taking instead of two current actual speed governing methods. One is prime motor with speed control, two is by regulation device.

The structure includes permanent magnet rotor, winding rotor and control unit.
We adapts very advanced motor technology to make winding with small diameter, short terminal in order to compact structure for high transmission torque. Control unit uses low voltage chopper cascade regulation system, who has low control voltage and small conversion power so as to simple structure and high reliability.


Working Theory & Composition

When rotation difference comes between magnet outer rotor and winding inner rotor, it gets sensitive voltage .
1. Winding connects well to be a loop, electromagnetic field excited by the circuit interacts original permanent magnetic field to transmit torque (clutch on)' winding cut off, no current turns in the winding, so no transmission (clutch off). This clutch has no mechanical operation, no friction loss.
2. To control current in the winding, is to control the torque transmitted, that is, function of governing and soft start.
3. Slip power in the winding can be feed to power supply to save energy, and make sure temperature rise of winding limited in normal level. Users needn't do energy saving during soft start governing and small power transmission and can exhaust slip power by control unit's resistance.
