Enamelled stainless steel oven with double-skinned fully insulated door and hinges.
The isolated chamber is equipped with lateral grid-racks, receiving 3 GN 1/1 containers 6,5 cm heigh.
Convection air circulation within oven compartment by motor with stainless steel fan.
Heating made by 3 heating elements with adjustable thermostatic control between 100 and 300 °C.
Oven equipped with on/off switch, thermostat and pilot lights indicating power on.
Internal dimensions 53x34x32,5 cm heigh.
Supplied with 1 oven-shelf 1/1 GN.
