GAS & ELECTRIC TILTING PANS
The tilting pan is in 18/10 stainless steel with a stainless steel thermal diffusion base.
Gas models quipped with a gas burner providing uniform heat which is located under
the bowl with pilot burner and piezo ignition.
Gas supply is by thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple, the cooking temperature
is djustable from 90° to 300 °C.
Electric models Equipped with heating elements positioned under the bowl and main switch
with adjustable thermostat from 50° to 300 °C.
All models are supplied with warning lights to indicate that power is on and heating elements are operating.
