The Bianca line of refrigerated display cabinets is designed for the display and sale of cakes, desserts,

ice-cream gateaux and ice-creams.

Available in modules of 4 windows, display cabinets offer a choice of internal arrangements:

3 chromium plated racks, 3 rectangular glass shelves or revolving structure with circular glass shelves.

The display cabinet's external structure.

Any other RAL colour can be supplied on request.

Refrigeration, by means of the environment-friendly R404a gas, is:

static for models with operating temperature +2 ÷ +10 °C,

ventilated for models with temperature +5 ÷ -20 °C.

The electronic thermometer-thermostat allows high precision when setting and reading the interior temperature.

Defrosting is automatic.
