Wood burning ovens of the V-line are an outstanding choice for every pizzeria
that likes to bake the original traditional style with wood.
Due to its particular construction, it is possible to reach temperatures of up to 350C.
The baking time ranges between 3 to 4 minutes.
The outer layer is pressed solid with high amounts of clay.
This creates a highly stable material and makes it extraordinarily fireproof.
The parabolic shape of the oven and its corresponding height promote even heat distribution on the base plate
which allows continuous baking.
Wood burning ovens of the VZ-line use half the amout of wood than other ovens of the same capacity.
Depending on its size, the ovens standard equipment consists of 3-4 base plates, 4-6 roof segments,
1 steel door and 1 thermometer.
The ovens have to be built on an 8-10cm thick layer of mortar.
For insulation, rock wool (density 100mm) has to be applied at a thickness of 12cm and reinforced with iron.
These materials also form the framework for the 40mm thick outer layer of mortar.
