HEAT REGENERATION SYSTEM: Being exclusive to VIRTUS ovens, the heat regeneration
system is made of two side ducts allowing a continuous thermal exchange between the
bedplate and the chamber,thus improving baking, oven recovery time and, consequently,
energy consumption.
