PIZZA OVEN WITH AKTIVE STONE

The ovens Series Professional

are designed and made in order to offer high performances, efficiency and low operating costs:

quality components, reduced power consumption and cheapereconomical maintenance

thanks to the easy access to every component.

They are manufactured with rounded stainless steel front side treated with atitanium look finished surface,

pre-painted steel body and modular single or double-chamber, 4 to 18 pizzas units.

The thermostatic adjustment of the temperatureon the top and bottom heaters, is independent,

with a digital thermometer in the mechanical control units and, with an electronic control card onthe digital version.

The backing chambers are realized in aluminised steel with 16 cm useful height and

with Activestone® refractory bricks certificated forfood use, which are also available as an option for the top heaters.

The stainless steel armoured heating element allow a maximum working temperature of450°C.

Each backing chamber is equipped with an inner own light, provided with a special halogen bulb and,

with an adjustable fumes exhauster, operatedby a manual exhaust control knob.

The innovative heating system Activestone®ensures an easy and cheap accessibility tocomponents;

to replace the refractory bricksor the heating elements it is enough to open the door, lift

and extract the brick;the heating element remains accessible incase of replacement.
