Two indipendent three-phase motor with thermal protection (on CE versons):

- 1.5 Hp mixer motor

- 5 or 7 Hp meat grinder motors

- Epycycloidal, oil-bath, water protected gear box installed on meat grinder.

- Oil-bath, water protected worm gear reduction box on meat mixer.

Grinding set:

- Completely made from AISI 304 stainless steel.

- Designed for high performance.

- Machine works perfectly even if product is processed two or more time.

- Hourly output: 900 to 1.100 Kg (actual). - Hourly output: 3500 kg (possible).

- Unprocessed meat inside grinding set at working cycle end: 50-90 g .

- Stainless steel drive pin.

- Tempered steel worm pin.

- Grinding set and mixing arms can be easily disassembled without tools.

- Safety microswitch on cover and grinding set.

- Air pistons open the meat mixer cover.

- IP 67 water protected stainless steel controls with reverse (on CE versions).

Standard accessories:

- Stainless steel self-sharpening knive and 6 mm plate.

- Floor support with stainless steel wheels and brake.
