It dampens shocks when walking and softens pressure points, especially in the area of the hoe and heel, where it can easily scrub. Pain when wearing shoes is reduced, including with rounded feet or cornea. In contrast to commercially available silicone products, the hypoallergenic Menthogel® heel protection a lifespan five to ten times as long. It sticks, deforms and does not discolor, and also smells discreet of fresh mint.
