This food slicer purposely designed for slicing pre-packed food, parma harms,

and fresh meat is at the same time suitable for all other normal uses.Agata vertical and gravity

Food Slicers are designed and manufactured conforming to the safety standards in force

and have the following specifications:

- Hygienic and anticorrosive cast-in polished anodised alloy structure.

- Belt drive type Poli V.

- Long life hardened and tempered chrome-plated steel blade.

- Incorporated two speed blade sharpener with an adjustable emery wheel.

- Large sized food supports on a carriage mounted on self-lubricating bushing and ball bearings, silently slide

with the greatest of ease.

- Both the blade protection and carriage can be dismantled by simply unscrewing a fly-wheel.

- Silent and powerful mono or three phase electric motor.

AGATA VERTICAL VAS B.S.: double sliding food support complete with a special arm

for keeping very large salamis and harms in place slicing.
