Counter Top RO Water Purifier

A countertop RO water purifier is a compact water purification device designed for placement on a kitchen countertop. It utilizes reverse osmosis (RO) technology to filter tap water through multiple stages, removing harmful substances such as heavy metals, chlorine, bacteria, microplastics, and PFAS, providing safer and better-tasting drinking water.

Main Working Principle:

Pre-filtration: Typically includes layers such as PP cotton and activated carbon (CTO) to remove large particles, residual chlorine, and some organic matter.

Reverse Osmosis Membrane: With a pore size of approximately 0.0001µm, water molecules are forced through the semi-permeable membrane by water pressure, blocking almost all dissolved ions and microorganisms, achieving a purification rate of over 99%.

Post-filtration/Mineralization: Post-activated carbon or mineralization filters (such as Swedish Mineral Rock™) restore appropriate amounts of beneficial minerals such as calcium and magnesium, improving taste.

Wastewater Treatment: Some models feature a zero-wastewater or recycling design to reduce water waste.
