The top, bowl and false bottom are manufactured in stainless steel 18/10.

Bowl GN 1/1 in 40 cm model. Bowl GN 2/1 in 70 cm model.

Suitable for gastronorm pan depth of 15 cm.

False bottom in perforated stainless steel included.

Water drainage by front tap. On-off switch.

Adjustable thermostat from 30 to 90°C.

Reinforced heating elements under the bowl.

Pilot lights indicating when power supply is on and heating elements are operating.

Top, baskets and basket grids manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304;

the bowl in stainless steel AISI 316.

The bowl, 1/1 GN of 40 lt capacity, is equipped with a safety device

to eliminate suspended starches and prevent overflowing water.

All appliances are provided with inlet/outlet water controls positioned on the front.

Gas models equipped with stainless steel piezoelectric

ignited pilot burner positioned under the bowl.

The gas is distributed by a safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple.

Electric models equipped with reinforced heating elements immersed

in the bowl and a four-position switch regulating the temperature.

All models are supplied with safety thermostats and pilot lights indicating power on.
