The 70 cm modules have 2 independent controlled cooking zones.

Supplied with: front duct, removable fat collecting drawer and sprayguard on 3 sides.

Cooking plate: flat, grooved, or 1/2 flat and 1/2 grooved for 70 cm double module.

All appliances are available with stainless steel chromate plate for an easier

cleaning of cooking surface.

Gas models equipped with a stainless steel pilot burner with piezoelectric ignition.

The gas is distributed by a safety valve with thermocouple;

the chromium plated models gas distribution is performed by a thermostatic valve.

Electric models

Every cooking zone is provided with 3 reinforced heating elements regulated by

an adjustable thermostat from 50 to 300 °C.

All models are equipped with safety thermostats and pilot lights indicating power on.
